These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of The 14-Day Book Authority. By accessing the website or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.
This website and the product known as The 14-Day Book Authority are operated by Sara R. Wren and her team. References to "we", "us", and "our" throughout these terms refer to that team.
The 14-Day Book Authority is a digital education product that includes video lessons, downloadable workbooks, frameworks, templates, and lifetime access to a private community.
The materials are provided for personal use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or share access with anyone else. Each purchase grants a single user a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials.
When you purchase the product, you agree to pay the price displayed at checkout, plus any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. If your payment is declined, your access will not be activated.
Where instalment plans are offered, you commit to paying every scheduled instalment. Failure to complete the instalment plan may result in the suspension of your access.
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with the instructions to access the product. Access is delivered electronically. There is nothing physical to be shipped.
Access to the materials is granted for lifetime use. Access to the private community is also granted for lifetime, with no recurring fees.
The product includes a "Write or I Write" guarantee. If you complete every workbook and exercise of the 14-day method and still do not have a finished book at the end of Day 14, the founder will personally write the first three chapters of your book for you, after reviewing the work you have submitted.

The 14-Day Book Authority provides a method, frameworks, and tools to help you write your book. We do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or career outcomes from publishing your book. Results depend on many individual factors outside of our control, including the effort, time, industry, and audience of each participant.

All content within the product, including videos, workbooks, written materials, frameworks, methodologies, and the website itself, is the intellectual property of Sara R. Wren. You may use it for your own personal development, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish any part of it.
The book you write using the method is fully and exclusively your own property. You retain all rights to the work you create.
Inside the private community, all participants are expected to behave respectfully. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who engages in harassment, hate speech, spam, or behaviour that disrupts the experience of other members. No refund will be granted in such cases.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability towards you for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product or website is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product.
We reserve the right to update, improve, or replace parts of the product over time, provided that the value and core promise of the product remain unchanged or are improved.
We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the change. Continued use of the product or the website after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country in which the business operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or from your use of the product or website will be handled under the competent jurisdiction of that country.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms will continue to be valid and applicable to the fullest extent allowed by law.
